On Saturday, August 18th, we were invited to Hannah's High School Musical 2 party. We felt VERY privileged, since all of the other invitees were 10 year olds. Hannah informed us that if we were coming, we needed to show up in HSM t-shirts. Since they don't make them in adult sizes, Tim, Laura, and I decided to make our own. We had a blast making them. We purchased all of the items at Target and headed home to make them, while watching HSM2 to get ideas. Here is a picture of our finished project!!! (notice my shirt... an arrow pointing to future HSM 3 fan)
When we got to the party, the three of us walked in and Hannah LOVED them. We also did some fun things throughout the movie and Hannah told us that we were awesome!!! It is fun to be cool to a ten year old. Hannah has decided that she is going to be the cool cousin to Baby Stover, just like we are the cool cousins to her! The party was fun, but having 16 ten year olds screaming during most of the movie is a little overwhelming. The kids had a blast and we were SO glad we were invited.
