Happy 5 months Liam!

Today Liam is 5 months old! WOW... it is so hard to believe that our baby is already 5 months! On his five month birthday Liam weighs a chunky 18 lbs. 6 1/2 oz!!!!!! SO BIG!!!

Happy 5 months Liam Alexandar! We are so in love with you. Thank you so much for bringing so much joy to Mommy and Daddy's lives!

We hope everyone had a great holiday weekend. We had a great one. Our tradition is to get Hannah early on July 4th and head to the boat. We have done this for years and years. We did get Hannah early in the morning, but since the weather was not the greatest, we decided not to go out on the boat. We stayed around the house, made blueberry muffins, and played with Liam. We ran to Grammie and Grandpa's for lunch and came home to get ready for GG and Gpa's party. They decided at the last minute to have a party, since the reservoir had no fireworks and their neighbor has a BIG show. We headed to GG and Gpa's at 6:30 (we were late as usual)! We had a great time and wonderful food. I hear the fireworks were great, but I stayed in the house with Liam and Grammie.

Saturday morning Mommy, Daddy, Liam, Grammie and Grandpa headed to Westfield to view Liam's pictures we had taken a few weeks ago. They were great. We will post them when we get them back. Grammie and Mommy had to do some shopping and Daddy and Grandpa helped watch Liam. He is getting to be a handful! Liam got several things, as usual! We had dinner at The Cheesecake Factory and headed home.

Sunday morning we headed to church. (again - late) After church we went to Puerto Vallarta with Grammie and Grandpa. We decided it was such a nice day we would head to the boat. We called Grandmama and Grandpapa to join us. We ran home, changed clothes, picked up Phoebe, and headed to the boat. After hauling everything but the kitchen sink on the boat, the boat would not start. Luckily we have Gpa! We called him at home and he headed over to fix the boat. It took him about five minutes and away we went. We spent a lot of time docked in the shade on the opposite side of the lake. Phoebe really enjoyed swimming and swimming and swimming!!! This was Liam's first time on the boat and he LOVED it. The rocking of the boat kept putting him to sleep. He loves being outside! We left the reservoir and the entire crew headed to Jerry's Dairy Freeze in Parker for some ice cream!!!! YUM YUM!!!!

Liam had a great weekend. He was in a GREAT mood ALL weekend. He has discovered that he can scream and likes to do it often. He will just laugh and scream. It is funny. He has been laughing a lot. By the way, before bath time tonight we weighed him and he weighed 17 lbs. 10 oz. WOW... BIG boy!!!!

Zoo 2.....

Liam went to the Zoo for the second time on Saturday. This time he took Hannah, Grammie, and Grandpa. (along with Mommy and Daddy, of course) The weather was perfect. Everyone had a great time and we were able to see most of the zoo. Thanks to the pediatrician telling us it is okay to put Sunscreen on Liam, even though he is not 6 months old! We really didn't have him in the sun that much, but being the paranoid mother that I am, Liam had sunscreen on! Liam's favorite is still the hammerhead sharks, but this time he also enjoyed the meerkats! He really enjoys being outside and walking around the zoo. We hope you enjoy our MANY pictures of our second trip to the zoo....
